By using PortalCommon Community you agree to these terms. Please read them before you post or send an enquiry.
Using the site
- You may browse and send enquiries for free.
- You must give true information and keep your login private.
- You must be old enough to make a contract where you live.
Your listings
- You are responsible for everything you post. It must be true, legal and yours to post.
- Do not post illegal goods or services, misleading offers, hate or abuse, spam, or anything that infringes another person's rights.
- Pictures and text you post stay yours. You allow us to show them on this site and in our apps for as long as the listing is live.
Plans and fees
Your plan sets how many listings and which features you have. Plan names and prices are shown on the Sign Up page and may change with notice.
Deals between people
Buyers and sellers deal with each other directly. PortalCommon is not a party to those deals and does not guarantee any listing, seller or buyer. Take care when you pay or meet someone.
Removal and closing accounts
We may remove a listing or close an account that breaks these terms. We tell the owner and give the reason. You can close your account at any time.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or from deals made through it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
